Each morning, a complimentary breakfast awaited, featuring a variety of homemade Italian dishes. My palate was treated to local delicacies while sipping freshly brewed coffee, a delightful way to start the day. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality of Carlo and Analisa. During my visit, I participated in a cooking class with Carlo, where I learned the craft of making orecchiette. The experience was not just about cooking; it was a joyful exploration of regional flavors paired perfectly with local wines. By the end, I was ready to share my culinary adventure with friends back home. Positioned conveniently near top dining spots like Ristorante Grotta Palazzese and Trattoria La Botte, Casa Dorsi offers a great base for food enthusiasts. Whether savoring breakfast on the rooftop terrace or venturing out to explore local fare, the culinary journey here feels both vibrant and authentic. I'd gladly return to deepen my gastronomic exploration in this charming locale.
